Generate audit exports

Package workspace evidence for security reviews, procurement, compliance, incident analysis, or internal controls.

Why export

An export provides a point-in-time package outside the interactive dashboard. JSON supports machine review and archival pipelines; CSV supports analyst and control-owner review.

Create an export

  1. Choose Export JSON or Export CSV.
  2. The job is created asynchronously. Monitor its status in Live data.
  3. Investigate error_detail if the job fails.

Download securely

When a job succeeds, select Download. The app creates a private signed URL that expires after 10 minutes. Store the resulting file according to your organization’s data-retention and access policies.

Operational controls

  • Audit exports require Business and an owner, admin, or billing role.
  • Do not send signed download URLs through unsecured channels.
  • Record the export timestamp and catalog release alongside review conclusions.
  • Regenerate the export if the signed link expires; do not attempt to make the storage object public.
