Configure workspace notifications
Route operational email to the right people without turning every catalog event into noise.
Available notifications
- Security changes
- Credential, member, and integration events that may require immediate review.
- Billing events
- Subscription and payment-related changes.
- Catalog changes
- Model-intelligence changes relevant to governance and migration work.
- Webhook failures
- Delivery problems that can leave downstream automation stale.
Save preferences
- Open Settings and find Save notification preferences.
- Select only the email categories you own for the current workspace.
- Save, then repeat for other workspaces if your responsibilities differ.
Preferences are personal to the signed-in user and the selected workspace.
Email vs webhook
Email is best for human awareness and accountability. Webhooks are best for deterministic automation, ticket creation, and CI or incident workflows. Critical processes should not depend on a person reading an email.
Recommended ownership
- Security events: owners and security operations.
- Billing events: owners and billing roles.
- Catalog changes: platform or AI governance owners.
- Webhook failures: the team operating the receiving service.
